I use many ad-hoc reports. The ability to sort/group by different fields is crucial and generally works well.

However, there are many circumstances where the order of grouped records makes more sense in a certain sequence that is not necessarily alphabetically ascending or descending.

It would be so beneficial to have the ability to apply a custom sorting/grouping to records in an ad-hoc Report.
