We currently use a free-text field to capture the country (or countries) that an organisation primarily works in. This is separate from the country element of their organisation address.

To improve data quality, it would be very beneficial to have a drop-down list of all countries, so that applicants can indicate where their project will take place. Is there already a field that is usable in this way?

For context, I also can't see the specific 'country' field as part of the organisation address table either. Is there a way to copy/edit this element as a custom field, so that I could use it in this way to capture where organisations work or where projects take place?
