For organizational consistency and access, many applicants/grantees use a generic/general organizational email address to create their BBID (ie development@, executivedirector@, grants@, etc). When a staff member leaves the organization or responsibilities change within an organization, the name associated with the email cannot be changed. The only solution is for the former employee's name to remain on the account OR for the organization to use a different email address to create a new account.
