Link additional post-approval grant request form in Applicant portal to a Requirement in BBGM, so when it comes in, BBGM records Received Date and Retrieved Date, and we can mark the Requirement as "Done".
Since I can't edit the details of my idea, we use a "grant change form" to allow select grant recipients to edit their grant metrics and description post-approval. We have to use an additional grant request form to display the current BBGM values and allow the grantee to update them, subject to our approval after they submit the form. However, we also have used Requirements, pre-2025, to track the grantees which have requested to make a change. Now, we can't link a post-approval grant request form to a Requirement, so they are nearly impossible to track in BBGM, which ones have been published, which ones have been retrieved, and which ones are done, as a seamless workflow.
