It would be very helpful if the text fields in the Reviewer Portal could expand or “pop out” into a larger window, rather than requiring reviewers to scroll within a small text box. This would make it much easier to read longer responses and enter comments efficiently.

It would also be beneficial if reviewers were not restricted by character limits when entering responses, allowing them to include as much detail as needed when providing feedback.

Additionally, adding basic text formatting tools would greatly improve usability. Features such as bold, italics, underline, font size and font type selection, and the ability to use color when needed would allow reviewers to better organize and emphasize their feedback.

These enhancements would significantly improve the overall review experience and readability within the Reviewer Portal.
