A March 5, 2026 update to the BBGM website stated "Request and Requirement views now include additional columns" that give the Application ID, Form Name, and Program Name directly in Workspace. This feature is available for Requests but NOT for Requirements (this incorrect information shown on the website was confirmed by BBGM support).

Having the Application ID available to pull in to Requirement views would solve many issues and allow us to more easily communicate which Application ID is connected to a specific Requirement form. It would also allow us to pull the field into email and letter templates for requirement reminders. This would allow grantees to easily see which requirement is needed by searching for the appropriate Application ID without clicking open one of many requirements that may be due to find the correct one.
