The issue:

When a user updates a contact's email address, a notification appears asking a question with yes or no answers. Because the prompt is compounded (two questions combined into one) - I am not sure what part I am answering yes or no to.

The question:

“You have modified this Contact's E-mail. The system can automatically update other affiliations of this contact and share this information. Would you like to do so, or only change this contact?"

1) The question is too long, and I think needs to be condensed to make better sense of what it is asking.

2) In bold above, it is asking me two separate and opposite questions, and thus - I am unsure which one I am answering Yes or No to.
