Allowing the submit button to be visible throughout the mutiple tabs/questions for both the eligibility and request forms may be confusing for our applicants. We'd like the option to have the Submit button only be visible on the last question for eligibility and last tab/page for the request so it's clear that the applicant has fully completed all previous steps up until that point.
