BRIEF DESCRIPTION: As the end-user doesn't receive the NDR report for e-mails sent in a batch, they don't know if the contact received the e-mail or not e.g. the recipients mailbox may be full, their out of office may be on, the e-mail account may still be live even though the person has left the organisation i.e. the automated response will not be received etc.

CURRENT FUNCTIONALITY: The end-user has no way of knowing if an e-mail sent as part of a batch doesn't get delivered.

REASON FOR NEW FUNCTIONALITY: This is a lack of functionality compared to GIFTS Classic/GIFTS Alta as the end-user would receive the NDR report.
