Related to support ticket 00349131, apparently in GIFTS Online, I'm not able to decline a request that came in via Stage 1 of a 2-stage application process without contacting MicroEdge to decline it for me.
In Alta, I can do this myself. It's great that it's relatively quick for MicroEdge to decline these for me, but declining a request is pretty basic functionality and I shouldn't have to rely on vendor intervention to do that.
Also, sometimes my declines have correspondence that needs to go out, sometimes they don't, and to have to hand the decline off to MicroEdge to process, wait for it to be done, and then remember which grantees to send it to is significantly less efficient than just declining/sending correspondence all at once on my end.
Absolutely vital! This should be reinstated ASAP as it really is a fundamental piece of functionality we should not be living without.
The loss of this function has crippled my first stage process-it is vital!
