Recently, a client had an issue updating the Meeting Minutes field on a Request because it was still in a Pending disposition. If we allowed the field to be updated while in this disposition, it would give the client the power to track the progress of the Request since not all of them are decided on during one meeting - some take several meetings of discussion to decide if it should be Declined or Approved.
