This is related to my other suggestion to add a 'Withdrawn' option in addition to 'Approved' or 'Declined.' Currently, we can decline a Stage 1 application, but once a Stage 2 has been generated - even if it hasn't been started by the applicant - we cannot mark a Request as 'Declined' (or, ideally, 'Withdrawn'). This would be ideal for applicants who decide to withdraw their application from consideration mid-review.
@Brenda, when you reference the portal that this is now available in, are you speaking of the "YourCause" applicant portal or the one the Blackbaud Grantmaking portal that this request was submitted under in 2018?
This functionality is now available with latest updates to the Applicant and Grantee Portal.
This needs remedied ASAP. It's a little surprising that we can't do this after all these years of two-stage applications.
This is 100% necessary. Please make this change ASAP.
