Ability to change 'Type' within Request Record in SKY Merged

Currently Type can only be changed via workspace, which is inconvenient for some of the workflows we've designed. I'm able to change the Type from within the Record in Classic, so SKY should have this feature as well.

    I agree - this is a vital field for our organization. We primarily use this field (grant type) to track our directors' grant making and their budgets.
