Dashboard: Require double click on charts to load

I have noticed in Sky view, that if I want to load information from a chart part into the workspace - I only actually have to click on the area once and it takes ages to load.


Other areas in sky, like loading into a request record following running a search result - you have to double click to load.


Its frustrating having to do different with charts - i end up double clicking the chart and then having it open numerous times as it takes a while to load. (or twice if i have double clicked)


Can we make this action the same throughout (all double click) for better userbility.

    Hi - these sound like two different pieces of feedback, both appreciated.

    For the original idea - if you find that double-clicking the dashboard chart causes the workspace to load twice or load more slowly, that's not typical behavior and I would recommend contacting our support team so we can dig into that issue a little bit more with you and understand better what you're seeing. Even though the chart only requires one click, clicking twice does not typically open the workspace twice or cause it to load more slowly. However, we certainly understand your feedback about consistency being helpful - we will think more about that. Thank you!

    For Jen's comment here about double-clicking on mobile - thank you for that comment, Jen, we will take a look at that as well.

    Also, in a mobile environment with touch screen, in SKY you still have to "double click" places, which is frustrating.
