When in request, I need to be able to update/edit and save write ups without having to save a new document Merged

Request; generate write up, choose template; for us, the sheet populates with info our trustees need to see; often I need to add additional info, however I am now unable to save this document with the edits; its making me save and upload a new document.

    I absolutely agree with this! This needs to be corrected ASAP!
    It has created a huge issue, because I wasn't aware that this feature didn't carry over to SKY view, so I now have to make sure the correct docs are saved in Blackbaud. The process of saving the document, editing and reuploading is incredibly time-consuming. Users need to be able to save documents directly in Blackbaud.
