Creating conditions on a question or set of questions that would open up additional pages to capture more information would be helpful in that you would not have to manage as many forms (ie, creating one form that has two pages and then another form with the same set of question plus another page). By consolidating the amount of forms you have to manage through conditional logic within the form, you also remove redundancy and the need to manage multiple forms, and you also remove the potential error of not maintaining consistency throughout the forms.
