Have application and requirement forms that support conditional logic (if/then) to show/hide fields within the form.

It would be useful to create forms (applications/requirements) where we have the ability to hide certain information or sections from applicants/grantees based on their answer to a previous question (example, if you provide direct services for this project, then answer these questions, if your program will not be providing direct services, then please leave blank and skip to next question). This will eliminate the need to always have to write extra instructions for those fields that only need to be answered by a certain group. We always see that most people want to provide answers regardless of whether they were required or not. Then we have to clean up or delete that data on the back end if response was not applicable. We would also want to avoid creating MULTIPLE forms that eliminate certain sections; it becomes tedious doing multiple forms - it would be great to only create ONE form and be able to control which sections should be seen/hidden based on responses given by an applicant (application form) or grantee (requirement/online report form). Using conditional logic expressions (if/then) within a form would solve those problems.

In a time where being effecient and wanting the easiest process for our organizations available, having conditional logic is needed so that you and I stay competitive with other programs of the like. Creating multiple forms and keeping up with that is cumbersome when you work with 500+ organizations.

My org offers multiple ways to complete a grant application - if when the method is selected only the fields related to that become available it would make or application form much easier for applicants to navigate.
