We currently create an email using Outlook to invite our repeat grantees to apply again for the next fiscal year. It would be so much easier if we could insert a link to our application via an email sent through the system. To include the hyperlink would allow me to send the email directly from the system and not have to create the email in outlook. It would help streamline this process for us. It would also be nice if we could somehow add formatting like bold or underlined text to our templates.
