Links in email templates

It would be nice to be able to add a hyper link to email correspondence rather than pasting the entire website address.

Links in templates and text formatting would be fantastic. Even as I am typing my comment I am able to format text. Why not in the grantmaking software as well?

Yes, and I second what Louisa Robinson wrote in the comments, other text formatting features would be great too.

Also to have other abilities like bolding text, changing colours and italics - just as you can do for word templates
