Our users have dozens of applications for their patients each quarter and the current way the applications are displayed does not allow them to see which application is associated with a specific patient. They would either have to keep a separate log to keep track of application numbers associated with each patient, or they would have to open each application to figure out which patient it is for.
This is a huge issue for us. Several partners have multiple applications and they can only see the form name (which is always the same). In order to find each specific project they either need a separate log or they must open each application to find the one they are looking for. Very unhelpful.
