We have a fund that both individuals and organisations can apply too - in the old portal/forms we had created 3 separate applications forms to manage this.

I was looking forward to being able to reduce this to 1 in the new system, but the program set up isn't allowing me to do this and currently I have had to create 2 separate programmes - which could be confusing to our applicants.
