Documents uploaded to the Reviewer portal via the reviewer to be automatically added to the Request under Documents

Sometimes our Reviewers receive additional information and upload it to the Reviewer Portal. However, if staff are not alerted, these newly added documents do not get saved to the Request and then are no longer available once the Request has expired on the Reviewer Portal.
