Our grantees are confused. They used to access the Outcomes portal, now they have the New Grantee/Applicant portal, they login to yourcause applications and receive automated emails from yourcase.

I updated all the customizable emails but there are several system emails that I cannot customize that mention "grantsConnect", go to GrantsConnect. This is super confusing and you should either give us the option to customize or change the word Grants Connect (every time I talk to customer support, they mention that GrantsConnect is a totally different product than BBGM)
