Impersonate User Feature to Assist Applicants in the Grants Portal

I’d like to propose an idea for the BBGM/YourCause GrantsConnect roadmap: adding a feature that allows users with Admin roles to temporarily view the portal as a specific applicant or grantee. Other grants management systems offer a similar “impersonate user” or “view as” function, which enables administrators to diagnose user-specific access issues more efficiently (e.g., missing forms, navigation barriers, eligibility logic not triggering), reduce back-and-forth troubleshooting emails and screen shares, and improve the applicant/grantee experience by resolving access barriers quickly. This functionality would also lower support ticket volume by allowing admins to perform initial troubleshooting independently. I understand there may be data security considerations, so even a restricted, read-only version of this feature (with appropriate logging) would be extremely valuable, especially during peak application periods when timely support is critical.
