In the new forms/portal experience, I'm told we can only use each upload file field once per program (not per form). That means all uploads in every form tied to a program can only have 15 single upload slots, cumulatively. Support says that duplicating fields in different forms tied to the same program causes some errors I've experienced where submitted forms do not come into the database with the submitted attachments. Can we please change this so that each form (instead of each program) can use the 15 single upload fields?
