Application form name and ID | Grantmaking and Foundations Ideas

Application form name and ID number should be available columns in all workspace views.

It shouldn't be so hard to figure out which Application form I published to an applicant's or grantee's web account. I should be able to see the name/add the name throughout BBGM in my Workspace views.
