In Sky....Can online pending applications remain open when you switch to another tab? Currently, when you leave the Applications tab and go back to it, you have to reopen Pending Applications.

Re-Used Request Fields Generate List of Identical Respones
If we use the same field/question in another request (same form) it adds on to the original answer in this endless line of text. For instance, the agency's Mission Statement - I now have 4 identical responses to the same field and it's ridiculous....0 Already exists
