Add ability to schedule automated emails for specific intervals prior to due dates (i.e. Send a reminder email a week before a Progress Report is due).

Scheduled reports are really useful but I think they could be improved by adding an option to only email reports when the search behind them has returned results. That would create improved workflow and allow us to use the reports as 'to do' items...

This is a universal ask to cover: the merge to PDF option, search columns, ad hoc reports, classifications, etc. It is tedious to manually click each field to get it to the correct position
