It would be wonderful if the in-process application detail report would show the percentage of the application that is complete. Grantees would also benefit from seeing the percentage complete while they are filling out an application.

Grantees do not always submit the stage 2 applications that we generate for them before the end of our grant cycle. We should be able to decline those requests without the help of tech support.
