Client would like to be able to add Contact and Organization custom fields to the automated Match Options in IGAM Preferences
• Enhancement requested: Client would like to be able to add Contact and Organization fields to the automated Match Options in IGAM Preferences • Current functionality: There are 4 Organization fields: Tax ID, Name, State, and Postal code. There are 4 Contact fields: First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, and Telephone Number. These fields can be selected/deselected and reordered, but you can't add other fields • Client reason for functionality change: They'd like to be able to have the system automatically search for matches by a custom field (Employee ID) • Keyword Search: match options; duplicate check
This would certainly eliminate the extra work in manually adding the updated organization name
