Idea:  Questions on the application forms should be able to follow logical rules.

Current:  No logic exists.

Reason:  We have multiple funding streams and within those streams we have minimum standards which need to be met.  With logical application forms we can guide the applicant through the questions that are only relevant to them by showing a question based on the answers they give.

Solution:  The ability to set up rules similar to what you have in the eligibility quiz, e.g, "If 'Yes', show Q3, otherwise show Q4".
