Allow me to enter a grant start and end date so that I can approve a new grant request.

SKY - When approving a request, auto-pull the start/end dates from the fields like it did in Classic
If you don't auto pull those dates, we have to either remember to check before starting the approval, or go back and and add later. Please bring back the auto fill for those fields.2 Already exists

Dashboard Part Resizing - When maximize and then minimize again, revert to original sizing!

Meeting Minutes field allow more than 255 characters

Allow formatting of all dates in the Reviewer Portal.
